  • How do I apply at Sagewood Village?

    You can find the application online at www.sagewoodvillage.com. Once you find the apartment home that you love, click the "Apply Now" button and go through the application process.   • Where will I park my car?

    We have complimentary open parking spaces. Reserved parking spaces (carports) and detached garages are available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office to learn more.

  • Is Sagewood Village pet friendly?

    Absolutely! We are a pet-friendly community. A maximum of two (2) pets per household will be permitted with a completed Pet Screening profile, a signed animal addendum, a $350 non-refundable pet fee, and a monthly $15 pet rent per pet, as specified in the addendum. There is also a refundable $150 pet deposit per pet. There is no weight limit; however, we do have breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions.

  • How can I pay my rent online?

    Rental rates are set in the lease and are due on the first of each month. As soon as you sign the lease, you've legally agreed to the terms. At SageWood Village, you can pay your rent via the Resident Portal. We accept online payments (eCheck, MoneyGram, and major credit cards). Please keep in mind that there may be convenience fees for some payment types. You can manually pay your rent each month or set up automatic withdrawals. If you choose to pay rent via certified funds or personal check, you can bring your payment to the leasing office on the first of each month.

  • How do I contact the leasing office?

  • How do I let visitors into the building?

    You will receive an email from PDK.io (ProdataKey) with instructions for downloading the PDK app. The email will also include an activation code that you can copy and paste into the app, or you can simply click the Activate button within the email. Once your account is set up, locate your building in the app, then press and hold the unlock button to grant your guest access to the building.

  • Where do I store additional belongings?

    Storage closets (standard and XL sizes) are available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office to learn more.

  • How do I reach a courtesy officer or emergency maintenance after office hours?

    Call the office at (888) 298-4907. Your call will be routed to either emergency maintenance or the courtesy officer.

  • What fees are to be expected as a resident?

    At Sagewood Village, the following monthly fees are required for all residents: $4 monthly for pest control and $25 per month for pest control.

  • What are the hours for the business center, fitness center, clubroom, and pool?

    The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The clubroom is open Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The pool is open daily from 7:00am. to 10:00pm.

  • Where is the closest grocery store, hospital and emergency response services?

    There is a Kroger Marketplace within one mile of SageWood Village, as well as an HEB. The Fort Worth Police Department and Medical City Alliance Hospital are within a mile of SageWood Village. Check the Location page of our website to see what else is nearby.

  • What amenities does Sagewood Village offer?

    At SageWood Village we strive to provide a unique and exciting home for our residents. With amenities such as a clubhouse with coffee bar, conference room, resort-style pool, barbecue area with grills, state-of-the-art fitness center with spin room, automated package lockers, dog park, and more, there is plenty to do while you are right at home. Residents at SageWood Village also have access to walking and biking trails nearby at Prairie Vista Park.
